The 2012 Application for CASE is Live
Let’s drive results together.
Thanks for your interest in CASE! Freshmen and sophomores from all majors are welcome to apply, and previous experience in consulting is not required.
Our recruiting process has two parts.
The first is a short application that asks basic questions about you. It is designed to give us a better sense of who you are. The second is an in-person interview stage that tests your ability to break down a problem and approach it analytically. Everyone who applies to CASE will given the chance to interview. We want to see creativity and an ability to think on your feet. There will be two rounds of interviews–the first will consist of some behavioral questions that helps us get to know you as a person. It will also have one qualitative case question that resembles what consulting firms ask from their applicants. The second round interview will have more behavioral questions, as well as a longer, more quantitative case question.
What we look for in candidates.
We are team-oriented, and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with others is a must. We value strong communicators, hard workers, and demonstrated leaders. Most importantly, we are looking for strategic thinkers that can analyze a problem and structure a logical solution with limited information. Oh, and we love genuine, funny people who we’ll enjoy working with. Did all of that describe you perfectly? Come meet us and we’d love to get to know you better!
